Registry Clerk office Admin

We're looking for full time detail-driven , organized, and reliable Automotive Tile Clerk / Office Assistant to join our dealership team. This role is essential to keeping our sales department running smoothly. You'll Handle vehicle title, deal paperwork, and general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Verify all documentation for completeness, compliance and accuracy.
  • Verify All money is in house before registration is completed.
  • Prepare and submit payoff checks, trade-in documentation, and related forms.
  • Break down and process deal paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process dealer swaps and new car inventory.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation as needed.
  • Support team members.


Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership or title clerk experience a plus but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail an accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and follow established process.
  • Dependable, organized and able to multi task.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
