We're looking for full time detail-driven , organized, and reliable Automotive Tile Clerk / Office Assistant to join our dealership team. This role is essential to keeping our sales department running smoothly. You'll Handle vehicle title, deal paperwork, and general clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities

Process vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV paperwork accurately and on time.

Verify all documentation for completeness, compliance and accuracy.

Verify All money is in house before registration is completed.

Prepare and submit payoff checks, trade-in documentation, and related forms.

Break down and process deal paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Process dealer swaps and new car inventory.

Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation as needed.

Support team members.
Qualifications

Previous automotive dealership or title clerk experience a plus but not required.

Excellent attention to detail an accuracy.

Willingness to learn and follow established process.

Dependable, organized and able to multi task.
