Regulatory Analyst (Remote)

Prime Label Consultants is looking for Regulatory Analysts to join our team, providing technical support and project assistance for a broad range of label consulting services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the review of food and beverage labels and specifications for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Evaluate documentation to substantiate marketing and labeling claims
• Research regulatory topics
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of the internal knowledge base of regulatory tools and resources

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics or related field
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal; strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to recognize and generate deliverables in a consistent and quality-centric manner
• Enthusiastic to review food labeling and/or specifications for regulatory compliance
• Adaptable and solutions-focused under shifting priorities and tight deadlines

• Team-oriented, but with the ability to work independently without close supervision on a daily basis
• Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexity and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications; strong system acumen

Benefits:

• Compensation Range: $50,000 to $60,000 annual salary dependent on experience with annual performance bonus

This is a remote position, however, candidates must maintain a quiet, professional home office environment suitable for frequent video conferencing and focused work. Travel is generally <15%, occasional expectations to work beyond a normal eight hour day to meet project deadlines or business needs may exist.
