Regulatory Compliance Intern

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Compliance Intern to support our Research & Development and Compliance teams. This internship provides hands-on experience in maintaining regulatory documentation, ensuring product compliance, and supporting lab operations. It’s a great opportunity for students interested in regulatory affairs, product safety, or chemical compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with laboratory reorganization, including identifying and cataloging raw materials.
• Compile, update, and maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) records.
• Support compliance documentation and recordkeeping efforts.
• Help with cleaning, organizing, and installing cabinets and lab equipment.
• Perform small-scale lab batches and prepare test substrates.
• Apply adhesives, sealants, and tapes to substrates for testing.
• Provide general assistance to the R&D Lead and Compliance team with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
