We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure the organization operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The successful candidate will monitor regulatory requirements, assess risks, implement compliance frameworks, and support business units in maintaining high standards of governance and ethical conduct.
This role requires strong analytical skills, regulatory awareness, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and regulated environment.
Monitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the business.
Ensure company policies and operations comply with regulatory requirements.
Conduct compliance assessments and identify potential risks or gaps.
Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support implementation of governance frameworks and best practices.
Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and proper documentation.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Deliver compliance training programs and promote awareness across the organization.
Provide guidance to employees and stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and documentation.
Prepare regular compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Work closely with legal, HR, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and inspections.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance practices.
Experience with audits, policy development, and risk assessment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC regulatory environments.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., financial, industrial, healthcare).
Certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or ICA are a plus.
Experience with compliance management systems and reporting tools.
Full-time position with an onsite model.
