Position Summary

As a Regulatory Operation strategist, you will act as a business partner responsible to formulate and execute product registration plans for the markets and region that you are responsible for.

In this role, you will be at the interface between factories and markets to allow the roll-out of innovation and renovations of our products.

You will coordinate the preparation of registration dossier in order to ensure on-time and quality delivery of documents from factory to the market.

You will be responsible to keep up to date local and regional regulatory database related to registration requirements of ingredients and finished products. You will become an expert in using our registration tools and will be training other functions to learn using such.

The job requires knowledge of the regulatory registration requirements, a developed sense of prioritization and highly developed organizational skills with strong IT understanding.

A Day in the Life of a Regulatory operation strategist

  • Formulate and execute the product registration plan with markets and region for which you are responsible.
  • Ensure on time and quality delivery of registration dossiers from factories to the markets
  • Provide support to factory regulatory change assessment
  • Act as a first point of contact for technical requests related to registration
  • Support market as issue owner in identified topics
  • Train and coach other on our digital tools
  • Ensure regulatory requirements for registration dossiers are up to date and accessible to factory
  • Follow-up on product and ingredient registration status
  • Active member of RSA team, contributing and leading as required Operational Master Plans and objective settings

What will make you successful

  • University degree with qualification in Food Science, related Food Discipline or Pharmaceutical/Science related degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience in various positions in Food industry /Pharma in science, regulatory or close to product development with strong understanding of regulations
  • Knowledge working with dossier preparation and submission processes to authorities.
  • Knowledge of food technical regulations and clear understanding of GMP, Food Safety standards required for infant formula, health science products.
  • Proven track records of preparing and reviewing regulatory documentation and managing successfully submissions of regulatory dossiers.
  • Strong project management and IT skills and ability to set priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in English to explain requirements in a simple and clear manner.
  • Ability to act in a pragmatic manner, with a “can do and solution focused attitude”
  • Experience of working independently in an international & multi-cultural environment
