Rehab Director / OT / COTA / PT / PTA / SLP

Overview: A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Holden, MA. This position is open to a PT/ OT/ SLP/ PTA or COTA.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

A successful Rehab Director will:

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide therapy services as needed
• Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.

Compensation: $40/hr - $50/hr
