Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist the therapy department in a skilled nursing setting. This is an entry-level opportunity to work alongside PT, OT, and SLP staff while supporting resident care and daily department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escort residents to and from therapy appointments
• Prepare therapy spaces and gather necessary equipment
• Assist clinicians with safe patient handling and positioning
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly
• Help keep the department organized and running efficiently

Requirements:

• Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Patient, respectful, and attentive to resident needs
• Good organizational and time management skills

Training is provided; prior experience is not required.
