We are seeking passionate Rehab Aide candidate to join our team at Regina Medical Center. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive, patient-centered organization where you can make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

About the Role

As a Full-Time Rehab Aide, you will:

• Safely transport patients to and from therapy sessions, ensuring proper use of wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices.
• Assist patients with transfers between surfaces (bed, chair, therapy plinth) using gait belts and following facility safety protocols.
• Prepare and return patients to their rooms or designated areas after treatment, communicating any mobility concerns to the therapy team.
• Coordinate transport timing with nursing and therapy staff to ensure patients arrive on schedule and minimize wait times.
