Position Overview:
As a Rehab Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and assisting our patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient treatments and exercises under supervision
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
• Provide support and encouragement to patients during exercises and activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy gym and equipment
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and collecting co-pays
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Empathy and compassion for patients undergoing rehabilitation
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
