Job Overview

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant for our Bangalore location. This is a Junior-level position with options for Full-Time and Part-Time employment. The candidate should have a work experience of 1 to 3 years. The role involves supporting patients in their recovery journey under professional supervision.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficient in providing patient care, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the rehabilitation process (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with physical therapy support by assisting therapists in conducting treatment procedures and exercises (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to provide mobility assistance to patients, aiding in exercises and movements to improve their functional capabilities (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in therapeutic exercises to support rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with medical and supportive staff in delivering comprehensive care.
  • Competence in using assistive devices and equipment safely to facilitate patient recovery and comfort.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Attention to detail to accurately monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing individualized care plans for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
  • Support patients in performing specific exercises designed to improve mobility and strength.
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising therapist or nurse.
  • Ensure patient safety by providing assistance with mobility and use of rehabilitation equipment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and patient-centered care.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and activities to be performed at home.
  • Maintain a clean and organized therapeutic environment to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
