Responsibilities:

• Assist the Rehab Director in maintaining a smooth and efficient rehabilitation program

• Provide patient transport to and from therapy sessions, ensuring their safety and comfort

• Oversee the maintenance of therapy equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and in good working condition

• Assist with tasks in the therapy departments, including:

  • Equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance

  • Billing and clerical duties

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients, helping them stay motivated and engaged in their rehabilitation process
