EXCEPTIONAL REHAB ASSISTANT WANTED- MEDICAL PRIVATE PRACTICE (Full Time)

We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and loyal individual to join our team and grow our practice as a full-time Rehab Assistant.

· Clinic hours are Mon-Thurs, 7:30am – 6:00pm; NO FRIDAYS!!!!

· We provide unique solutions for diabetes, neuropathy, and pain without the use of addictive drugs or surgery – chronic health conditions are our wheelhouse!

The primary responsibility of this individual is to create personal, emotional connections with our patients by teaching and leading our physical rehabilitation programs. Other responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: rehab exercises and stretches; spinal decompression therapy; ultrasound and shockwave therapy; PT modalities; assisting the provider team when requested; daily and weekly cleaning assignments determined by management; other clerical assignments as determined by management. An ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and possesses the flexibility to work in both the front and back office. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Docs, and electronic health records software is a must. This person must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure! This is a “hands-on” job that necessitates both one-on-one and group interaction with patients. This individual must be a fast learner, a good communicator, and be willing to ensure that patients perform all the exercises prescribed in order to stay on target with their Care Plan. Additionally, this individual must be willing to educate patients on other services that could be beneficial to them. This position requires a high energy, outgoing, positive person that LOVES HELPING PEOPLE FEEL BETTER!

All qualified applicants must have reliable transportation, be punctual, and A minimum of two years’ experience in physical therapy, chiropractic, and/or medical office is preferred (not required). Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, personal training, exercise, and rehab are strongly recommended. For the right individual, we will train in any/all areas needed!

Job Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $14.00-$18.00 per hour, plus bonus potential.
Benefits: PTO/Vacation, Training.
Education: College courses in Exercise Physiology, Personal Training, or similar. Degree preferred.
