Position Summary

We’re seeking a Reiki Master Teacher to facilitate weekday sessions and teach Reiki principles in professional mental-health and hospital settings. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, grounded, and passionate about bringing energy healing into clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Lead group and individual Reiki sessions for patients and staff
• Teach Reiki fundamentals and mindfulness practices
• Maintain professionalism and presence within hospital settings
• Document sessions and follow facility privacy protocols
• Collaborate with clinical and wellness teams
• Participate in staff training and program development

Qualifications

• Certified Reiki Master Teacher (Usui, Holy Fire, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience facilitating Reiki sessions (clinical experience preferred)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and emotional grounding
• Reliable and comfortable working in mental-health environments
• Able to pass facility onboarding and background check

Preferred

• Experience teaching Reiki Levels I & II
• Familiarity with meditation, sound healing, or energy psychology
