Owl Practice Suite is looking for a Full-Cycle Account Executive, known as a Practice Advisor, to have a meaningful impact on the growth of our Reimbursify business across the United States. We have ambitious goals for 2026, to dramatically increase the number of mental health providers and therapy-seekers that we serve and support. As the first point of contact for providers interested in working with us, you’ll need to quickly build rapport, understand providers current practices and goals, effectively explain our Zencare and Reimbursify suite of products, sell consultatively, and share your insights across the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, account executive, business development, or consultative sales roles.
  • Experience selling SaaS, healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, insurance, billing, or reimbursement-related solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting activity using a CRM platform (Zendesk preferred).
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with business owners and professionals.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining a personalized customer experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a key role in driving the Reimbursify pipeline, identifying critical business issues, building trust quickly, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Manage a mix of outbound (75%) and inbound (25%) leads to outreach & follow-up.
  • Book meetings from warm outbound outreach and respond to inbound leads within 30 min – 2 hours (24 hours maximum)
  • Create engaging inbound sequences and Basic and Unregistered leads Conduct effective discovery with mental health providers. Identify buyer persona, uncover critical business issues, reframe needs, and position our product suite as the solution
  • Run a highvelocity sales motion while keeping interactions personal and non‑transactional
  • Maintain ownership over your pipeline: lead management, followup, and building lists and sequences for reconnect, long-term, and backtobase outreach
  • Educate providers on marketplace trends, reimbursement workflows (superbills, claims, payer dynamics), and other industry patterns
  • Position Reimbursify as a revenue unlock, not just a feature/tool
  • Quantify ROI (e.g., increased session accessibility, client conversion, reimbursement rates)
  • Clearly articulate how Reimbursify fits within the broader Zencare ecosystem
  • Confidently position Reimbursify versus Insurance-based models or cash-pay limitations
  • Stay up‑to‑date on Reimbursify product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Manage a large volume of opportunities, primarily with individual practitioners
  • Ability to close on the call, otherwise ensure every lead you’ve spoken with receives a touchpoint every 2–3 business days until the deal closes.
  • Execute timely and proactive follow-up outreach (calls, voicemails, personalized emails, text sequences)
  • Properly enter closed‑lost reasons, line items, and required Deal fields in Hubspot
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for Reimbursify offerings (prospecting → close → handoff)
  • Identify and prioritize providers, group practices, and enterprise opportunities that benefit from out-of-network reimbursement solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota

Our Expectations:

  • 8-hour workday, excluding a 1-hour lunch break
  • 3,000 activities per month
  • Respond to leads (outbound & inbound) within 24 hours (48 hours at the latest)
  • Following Deal Best Practice documentation and ongoing deal clean up
  • Because of the fast pace, this means you must have great multitasking and organizational skills to follow up with all your leads without sacrificing on the quality and thoroughness of your messages.
  • Push back and challenge the “no”— during initial outreach, live on calls, and especially follow‐ups.
  • Maintain consistent activity, urgency, and professionalism
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline and outcomes
  • Partner with Customer Success and Practice Consultants to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
  • Work closely with Product to relay market feedback (especially around reimbursement friction points)
  • Collaborate with Marketing on positioning, case studies, and outbound campaigns
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to improve the Reimbursify brand and pipeline.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
