Rel Estate Sales Agent - (Off-Plan)

We are looking for experienced real estate sales agents (Off-Plan) from all nationalities. This is a commission-only role. Both male and female agents are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and promote secondary projects to potential buyers
• Schedule and conduct site visits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property consultations to understand client needs and budget requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of ongoing and upcoming off-plan developments, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Maintain CRM records to track leads, conversions, and follow-up actions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (Off-Plan)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is preferred
• Male & female candidates are encouraged to apply
