Overview

H.M. Payson is seeking a dedicated and analytical Relationship Administrator, a crucial role that plays a significant part in our team's success.

About the Role
Responsible to H. M. Payson & Co., Inc. (HMP) for supporting its mission, vision, and values. Responsible for assisting the Portfolio Managers with clients. Responsible for communicating with the clients via phone, email and letter. Responsible for initiating and processing client requests. Responsible for opening new accounts. Responsible for preparing meeting and presentation materials. Responsible for managing the client database. Responsible for filing and record keeping. Responsible for backing up the Investment Assistants and reception.

Requirements

This position requires an Assoicates degree, with 4 or more years of of Financial Services experience.

Intermediate level proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is also required.
