United Bank Limited (UBL) is seeking ambitious Male and Female sales professionals to join our Deposit Mobilisation team in Rawalpindi. This is a high-impact, field-based role for those who excel at hunting New-to-Bank (NTB) relationships.

Salary : 55,000

The Performance Roadmap

We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running with a clear commitment to growth:

• The Welcome Challenge (First 30 Days): Mobilize 10 Million in deposits.
• Days 1–10: 4 Million
• Days 11–20: 4 Million
• Days 21–30: 2 Million
• Ongoing Monthly Target: Maintain a consistent momentum of 4 Million per month after the initial onboarding period.

• Experience: 1+ year in banking or field sales (Mandatory).

• Do you have at least 1 year of mandatory experience in banking or field sales?
• After the initial 30-day onboarding, the ongoing monthly target is 4 Million in deposits. Do you have an existing network or strategy to consistently meet this volume?
