Relationship Management Associate

Role Description


The Relationship Management Associate is a fast-paced role supporting Intech’s Relationship and Client Management team. This position involves regular and ongoing communication with internal teams and external contacts, coordinating, preparing and participating in sales meetings and follow-up, maintaining lists of top prospects and opportunities, coordinating monthly updates and outreach, lead generation, activity prioritization & managing new account start-ups.


This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial services and a desire to build a long-term career in institutional sales or other client-facing roles. The position follows a hybrid schedule based in our West Palm Beach office, with a minimum of three days per week in-office.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Assist with monthly and quarterly client reporting and communications
  • Coordinate, schedule and prepare materials for prospect and partnership meetings.
  • Attend prospect and partnership meetings, write meeting notes and assist with timely follow up
  • Ensure prompt responses to client and prospect inquiries and requests
  • Identify and research new prospects, maintain list of top prospects and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, support outreach campaigns and activity tracking. Manage new account onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships across all internal functional groups, including key functional partners. Acts as team liaison, coordinating due diligence meetings for prospects and existing clients

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems and other business technologies
  • Demonstrated comfort leveraging technology, data, and tools to drive productivity and insights


Minimum Experience


  • 2-5 years of financial in an institutional asset management or finance client relations role or equivalent experience. Experience with an investment management firm is preferred


Minimum Education, Training and Certifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; pursuit of MBA and/or CFA is desirable
