About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager (RM) to join our Affordable Housing Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and managing home loan customers while maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and applicants. Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Source affordable housing loan prospects through direct channels, connectors, and field visits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Conduct preliminary credit assessment and collect required documentation.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for file processing.
• Ensure timely login, follow-up, and disbursement of home loan applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly targets for sourcing and disbursement.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent post-disbursement support.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com (mandatory).
• Experience: 0–5 years in NBFCs, or Leading Banks (freshers can apply).
• Basic understanding of finance and lending concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and field sales activities.
