Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential properties developed by the developers. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, conducting property presentations, and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with active channel partners to ensure consistent lead flow.

- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and explain project offerings based on customer needs.

- Assist clients with the booking process, documentation, legal formalities, and payment follow-ups.

- Provide updates on construction progress, possession timelines, and handover.

- Organize partner meets, engagement events, and reward programs to boost loyalty and performance.

- Resolve client issues and queries with professionalism and urgency.

- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through regular engagement and support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales progress in CRM systems.

Key Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in Real Estate.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proactive and results-driven.
- Languages known - Arabic-French, English, Russian, Chinese, German, European, Hindi/Urdu
- Driving License (preferred)
