About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and partner-focused Relationship Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business, and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term Partner relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Understand partner needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer relationship management, or financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Local market knowledge is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English
