About the Role:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction within both off-plan and secondary market real estate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, with proven success in managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.

Actively manage sales for both off-plan and secondary market properties,with a minimum of 3 years in a real estate development

Understand client needs, provide tailored property solutions, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Represent our company professionally during client meetings, property tours, and events.

Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into buyers.

Provide regular reports on client interactions, sales progress, and market feedback.

Ensure excellent after-sales service and client satisfaction to foster repeat and referral business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

5+ years of total experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a real estate development company handling off-plan sales with proven track record.

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an added advantage).

Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office applications
