Job Description ( Relationship Manager )

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

· Providing expert advice on company products and services

· Identifying opportunities for clients to benefit from new products or services

· Resolving issues and concerns promptly and effectively

· Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service

· Meeting specific targets related to client retention, revenue growth, and cross-selling.

· Degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field

· Relevant experience in Stock-Broking or financial services industry

· Good understanding of the stock market, trading, and investment products

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients

· Strong customer service orientation

· Ability to analyse market trends and offer insights to clients

· Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies
