Hiring an experienced Relationship Manager to drive direct property sales for a leading developer in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

- Present project offerings, investment opportunities, and property details confidently.

- Conduct property tours, meetings, and negotiations with clients.

- Provide market insights and feedback to the management team

- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

- Real estate sales experience in Dubai (must)

- Strong sales track record

- English required; French, Spanish, Turkish, or Japanese preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Stable career history (no frequent job changes)

- Available to work 6 days/week
