Job Description: Multilingual Business Development

• Job Location – Dubai
• Experience – 3-5 years
• Japanese nationals/Turkish/Russian/Italian/Spanish and etc or Strong passport holders or multiple languages.
• Salary – 10k AED + Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
• Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and investors.
• Utilize various platforms, including social media and networking events, to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in multiple languages.
• Address client inquiries and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop business proposals and presentations tailored to different markets.
• Assist in creating marketing materials that highlight developers value propositions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote and expand referral networks.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and business opportunities.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, lead conversion rates, and market trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of promotional campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry, preferably in a multilingual environment.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and cultural dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
