Relationship Manager (Level 1–3)

  • CTC: ₹2.5+ LPA to 5LPA
  • Probation Period: 6 Months
  • Incentives: Performance-based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
  • Maintain reports and update CRM systems with client interactions

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
  • Good knowledge of financial products / marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Team player with problem-solving ability

Hands-on experience in:• Mutual Funds• NPS• Insurance Lead generation experience is required Field visits for HNI clients (approximately 10%)Knowledge of CRM tools Job Location - Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India

Req. Experience - Minimum 1 yr

Preferred Qualification - Post Graduate in Marketing / Finance / Business Administration or related fields.
