The Heart of Europe is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs, and offering tailored property solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strong client relationships to drive property sales.

Identify client requirements and provide suitable real estate investment options.

Achieve sales targets by promoting the company’s portfolio of luxury real estate projects.

Maintain regular communication with clients, investors, and brokers to ensure high satisfaction.

Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations.

Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions and after-sales support.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3–6 years’ proven experience in real estate sales or relationship management (luxury real estate experience preferred).

Strong network of HNIs, investors, and brokers within the UAE and international markets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

Fluency in English is a must; additional languages (Spanish, Russian, French, Hindi & Urdu etc.) are a plus.
