Patient & VIP Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, VIP clients, and corporate partners.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.
- Handle VIP appointments, concierge services, and personalized patient coordination.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve retention and patient satisfaction.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, influencers, corporate clients, hotels, and wellness partners.
- Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations and referral partnerships.
- Assist in expanding Dynasty Clinic’s presence within the wellness and luxury healthcare sector.
- Represent the clinic at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Sales & Revenue Support
- Support consultation conversion and treatment plan acceptance.
- Promote clinic services, wellness programs, longevity treatments, and membership offerings.
- Coordinate with marketing and front-office teams to improve patient acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor client engagement and suggest upselling opportunities where appropriate.
Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with doctors, therapists, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate scheduling for VIP and international patients.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Prepare reports on client feedback, satisfaction metrics, and relationship performance.
Brand Representation
- Uphold Dynasty Clinic’s image of excellence, professionalism, and discretion.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and etiquette.
- Deliver a luxury hospitality-style experience tailored to premium clientele.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client relations, luxury hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience handling VIP or high-profile clients is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and patient coordination workflows preferred.
