Patient & VIP Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, VIP clients, and corporate partners.
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.
  • Handle VIP appointments, concierge services, and personalized patient coordination.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to improve retention and patient satisfaction.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, influencers, corporate clients, hotels, and wellness partners.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations and referral partnerships.
  • Assist in expanding Dynasty Clinic’s presence within the wellness and luxury healthcare sector.
  • Represent the clinic at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Sales & Revenue Support

  • Support consultation conversion and treatment plan acceptance.
  • Promote clinic services, wellness programs, longevity treatments, and membership offerings.
  • Coordinate with marketing and front-office teams to improve patient acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Monitor client engagement and suggest upselling opportunities where appropriate.

Coordination & Operations

  • Work closely with doctors, therapists, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Coordinate scheduling for VIP and international patients.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions.
  • Prepare reports on client feedback, satisfaction metrics, and relationship performance.

Brand Representation

  • Uphold Dynasty Clinic’s image of excellence, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and etiquette.
  • Deliver a luxury hospitality-style experience tailored to premium clientele.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client relations, luxury hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience handling VIP or high-profile clients is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and patient coordination workflows preferred.
