Job Title: Relationship Manager – Housing Loans (Mortgage)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven sales professional to expand the Housing Loan business across India. The role focuses on driving growth through open market channels, DSAs, and broker networks while managing key relationships and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and grow business through open market sourcing, DSAs, and broker partnerships.
  • Achieve sourcing and disbursement targets across North, East, South, and West regions.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with channel partners to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance metrics, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and maintain adherence to internal processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline lead flow, enhance processes, and reduce turnaround time (TAT).

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 5–8 years of experience in Housing Loan or Mortgage Sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing DSA and broker networks across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance and meet targets.
  • Open to traveling across regions as business requirements demand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
