Relationship manager - Real Estate

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our brand—connecting with clients, building trust, and driving long-term partnerships. You will work closely with agents, brokers, and property seekers to support their journey and help expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents & brokers
Promote company projects and provide professional guidance to potential buyers
Understand client needs and offer tailored real estate solutions
Drive sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Grow and manage your network within the Dubai real estate market
Support marketing activities, site visits, and client meetings

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong client-handling & relationship management abilities
Goal-driven mindset with a passion for real estate
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Fluency in English (other languages are a strong advantage)
