Relationship Manager (Real Estate) – Commission Based

We are hiring a Relationship Manager with at least 6 months to 1 year of real estate experience. Commission will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (buyers, sellers, investors)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Organize property site visits
• Present properties effectively and highlight benefits
• Negotiate terms and close deals
• Ensure smooth transaction completion and post-sale follow-up
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Stay updated on real estate trends and expand professional network

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year REAL ESTATE experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent
