Blanco Developments is seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Handle property sales for off-plan and ready projects
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client databases effectively
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and admin teams
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide professional after-sales support and client servicing
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in real estate (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong command of English is mandatory
- Ability to speak Arabic, Ukrainian, or Iranian (Persian/Farsi) is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and off-plan projects
