Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of solid experience preferably in off-plan sales within UAE developers; With a strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
