The Relationship Officer is responsible for developing a strong local distribution network for affordable home loans by engaging with ‘contact points’ and executing field-based marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with any field experience who are looking to build a career in the housing finance sector. The position involves sales, customer relationship management, and end-to-end loan processing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve home loan disbursement targets through prospecting, networking, and marketing activities.
- Generate leads via community contact points such as cement dealers, planners, engineers, and masons.
- Present and promote home loan products in person and via digital platforms.
- Conduct marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution and construction site visits.
- Profile customers, identify needs, and recommend suitable loan products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Guide customers through application, documentation, and verification.
- Coordinate with credit teams for timely loan disbursement.
- Execute branch-assigned promotional activities.
- Maintain visibility in the local housing market.
- Follow company policies, credit guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Experience: Fresher or candidates with any field experience (sales preferred).
Age: Less than 23 years.
Location Preference: Must reside within a 10 km radius of the assigned location.
Other: Two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
