  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Service (calling) and/or Administrative roles in UAE & 5 yrs exp in home country.
  • Strong background in operational processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Respond to client calls and emails promptly, addressing their queries and concerns within designated timelines.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with clients via email, calls, and WhatsApp regarding ongoing work, and update the progress in the internal software consistently.
  • Take immediate action on new order forms received from the Sales, ECS, or CP teams within the defined timelines.
  • Manage a portfolio of 70–80 clients efficiently.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and advise them on suitable business formation options across various zones, supported by thorough research.
