Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Service (calling) and/or Administrative roles in UAE & 5 yrs exp in home country.
Strong background in operational processes.
Familiarity with CRM systems and excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Respond to client calls and emails promptly, addressing their queries and concerns within designated timelines.
Conduct daily follow-ups with clients via email, calls, and WhatsApp regarding ongoing work, and update the progress in the internal software consistently.
Take immediate action on new order forms received from the Sales, ECS, or CP teams within the defined timelines.
Manage a portfolio of 70–80 clients efficiently.
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and advise them on suitable business formation options across various zones, supported by thorough research.
