Job Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) with hands-on experience in Working Capital and/or Construction Finance. The RM will be responsible for sourcing clients, assessing their financial needs, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring seamless execution of loan proposals.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and acquire new clients requiring Working Capital or Construction Finance.

* Understand client requirements and structure suitable financial solutions.

* Prepare and collect necessary documentation for loan proposals.

* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for sanctions and disbursements.

* Maintain and manage client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

* Conduct preliminary financial analysis such as balance sheet study, cash flow assessment, etc.

* Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of files.

* Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to branch/company growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in Working Capital / Construction Finance (mandatory).

* Strong understanding of financial products, loan processing, and credit assessment.

* Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of financial statements and documentation.

* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

* Graduation or Post-Graduation in Finance, Commerce, or related fields preferred.
