Full job description

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officers to promote and sell banking products such as credit cards and personal loans. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets through direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell banking products (e.g., credit cards & personal loans).
• Conduct direct sales activities including outdoor marketing, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure trust and satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with customers to get references.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and compliance requirements.
• Collect and verify required documentation from customers to process application.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a professional attitude at work and with customers.
• Freshers are also welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
