Reliability Analyst

Job Purpose:

The Reliability Analyst supports the Reliability Manager by transforming maintenance and operational data into actionable tasks. This role focuses on monitoring performance trends, identifying emerging risks, and supporting predictive maintenance strategies to improve technical dispatch reliability and cost control.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor ATA-level performance trends and repeat write-ups.
• Analyze MTBUR, MTBF, DMI aging, and MEL utilization metrics.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reliability reports and dashboards.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective action tracking.
• Track deferral closure performance and quarter-to-quarter comparisons.
• Ensure data integrity within maintenance tracking systems.
• Support executive presentations and customer-facing reliability reporting.

Requirements:

Skills & Qualifications

• Aviation administration in aviation or/and, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in airline maintenance or reliability analysis.
• Strong Excel/dashboard development skills.
• Understanding of Part 121 operations preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Aviation Associates preferrable

Physical Requirements

• Light work: Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach to maintain files, sit for extended periods of time.
• The worker is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside.

Travel

• Some travel may be required for operational needs.
