As a Reliability Engineer II here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead initiatives to enhance the reliability, availability, and maintainability of chemical plant equipment. This includes developing and implementing strategies for maintenance, analyzing equipment failures, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and a proactive approach to problem-solving
You will report directly to our Reliability Manager, and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location on 9/80 work schedule.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $98768k-$123459k . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
