Reliability & Performance Testing Specialist

About the role:
Drive system‑level reliability growth and performance validation for automated terminal operations, ensuring availability, MTBF/MTTR targets, and throughput KPIs are achieved prior to handover.
Drive system‑level reliability growth and performance validation for automated terminal operations, ensuring availability, MTBF/MTTR targets, and throughput KPIs are achieved prior to handover.
Key responsibilities:
- Define reliability test regimes (burn‑in, soak, endurance) across equipment and software stacks.
- Establish KPI dashboards (availability, cycle time, queueing, utilisation); lead data analytics and root cause.
- Orchestrate integrated trials with operations (shadow/parallel runs); manage readiness and go/no‑go.
- Implement FMEA/RCM actions with OEMs; track spares, tools, and maintenance readiness.
- Report performance against contract metrics; recommend corrective actions and optimization.
Qualifications & experience:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering; reliability/quality certification a plus (e.g., CRE, CQA, Six Sigma).
- 10+ years in reliability/performance testing within ports, logistics or complex industrial automation.
- Strong data skills (Excel/Power BI) and familiarity with CMMS, ICS and OEM diagnostics.
