Reliable After School Nanny Needed for 3 Girls

A warm and welcoming family in Medfield, MA is seeking a proactive, after school nanny to care for their four children, ages 10, 8, 5, and 3. The role will primarily focus on the three older children, as the youngest attends daycare full-time. This is a live-out, long-term position ideal for someone interested in growing alongside a family for years to come. The family is seeking a caregiver who genuinely enjoys being around the children and, just as importantly, someone the children are excited to spend time with.

Requirements:

At least 21 years old

CPR / First Aid certified

Preferrably up to date with covid and flu vaccines

3+ years of relevant childcare experience

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Meet children off the bus

Prepare and serve snacks

Help children get ready for and transport them to after-school activities

Help start dinner preparation

Put away children’s laundry

Handle light tidying and organizing related to the children

Occasional grocery shopping/errandsCreate and maintain a safe, structured, and engaging after-school environment

Both parents work from home on Fridays and strive to give their nanny autonomy while maintaining open communication.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM (20 hours guaranteed; open to increasing hours for the right fit)

Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right fit )

Rate: $35–$38/hour BOE taxes withheld

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week of paid sick time & Paid Holidays

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
