What We're Looking For
Core Requirements
- Prior residential cleaning experience (you know the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean)
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with basic app use (we send job details, you confirm and update us)
- Strong attention to detail—you notice what others miss
- Moves with speed - you can do quality work faster than others
- Professional communication—you respond to messages and ask clarifying questions
- Ability to pass a background check
- Own and maintain all necessary cleaning supplies, including pet-friendly/eco-friendly products
- MUST have a General Liability policy up to $1 million, OR willing to obtain prior to first job
