Remedial Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Remedial Therapist to support children with learning difficulties, developmental delays, and academic challenges. The therapist will design and implement individualized remedial programs to improve cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social skills, working closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess students to identify learning difficulties, developmental delays, and skill gaps
  • Develop and implement individualized remedial education plans
  • Provide one-on-one or small group remedial sessions
  • Use specialized teaching strategies to improve reading, writing, math, attention, and memory skills
  • Track progress and maintain detailed therapy records and reports
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, psychologists, and therapists for holistic development
  • Adapt teaching methods based on each child’s learning style and needs
  • Provide guidance and home programs for parents to support progress
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or related field
  • Certification or training in Remedial Therapy / Special Education (preferred)
  • Experience working with children with learning difficulties, ADHD, dyslexia, autism, or developmental delays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
