REMODELER/GENERAL REPAIR/PAINTER/DRYWALL PERSON NEEDED (ORLANDO)

We are a very busy remodeling company located in Orlando, with stable customer base. We are seeking skilled Construction applicants for a permanent full-time position. This is 1099 position, hourly rate

Applicant must be professional and able to work extremely well with little supervision. Applicants must be able and willing to travel (Orlando area) and have own basic tools.

Applicants without submitting resume won’t be considered

Preferred Qualifications/experience:

- Painting, caulking, prep work

- Drywall Installation, Finishing and Repair

- General repairs/punch list work

-Tile, flooring

-Experienced working with power tools (cutting, drilling etc.)

All applicants must meet the requirements below.

-Must be on time (8:00am -4:30pm Mon-Fri, some Saturdays) no exceptions

-Must have reliable transportation, able carry tools, materials and be able and willing to travel between jobs

-This person needs to be able to lift heavy objects/materials.

-Must have a good driving record & valid driver's license.

-MUST be fluent in ENGLISH.

-Good problem solving skills.

-Must be able to follow directions.

-We look for ethical people with a good attitude.

-People with a team spirit and good customer service skills.

-Must be motivated individuals.

-Have a Smart Phone.
