Remodeling Contractor

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Remodeling Contractor with significant interior construction, renovation, and carpentry for a company focusing on multi-family interior renovations. Must be able to execute tasks independently, efficiently, and accurately while working collaboratively on a small team.

Minimal Skills:

• plumbing (installing faucets, shower valves and trim kits, p-traps, W/D hookups, garbage disposals, etc.)
• electrical (installing light fixtures, switches, smoke detectors, etc.)
• finish carpentry (measuring, cutting, and installing base and door casings, etc)Door installation
• framing
• cabinet hanging
• appliance installation
• finish drywall

Requirements:

• Must own and be proficient using various hand tools (drill, impact driver, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Must be able to read plans and review scope of work to accurately execute work to code
• Must be able to create material lists for task completion
• Must be able to work collaboratively with others
• Must submit to a background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Must have a smart phone for time tracking

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
