Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing various remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and maintaining safety standards on-site. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from residential to commercial renovations, utilizing a broad range of construction skills and tools. Candidates with strong experience in construction management, blueprint reading, and a variety of trade skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans.
  • Perform supervisory tasks on all type of construction work
  • Helps purchasing material required for the job
  • Execute drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and concrete finishing.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks.
  • Install flooring, tile laying, glass, and heavy equipment as required by project specifications.
  • Conduct plumbing and electrical work in accordance with building codes and project needs.
  • Manage demolition, restoration, masonry, roofing, and hardscape projects as needed.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of remodeling projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
  • 1 to 2 yrs experience with construction management principles and estimating techniques.
  • Skilled in various trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, plastering, stucco application, welding, caulking, and fabrication.
  • Experience with construction inspection and site safety protocols.
  • Ability to read technical drawings related to concrete forming and restoration projects.
  • Knowledge of construction painting techniques and masonry work.
  • Familiarity with glass installation and cabinet mounting processes.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team on complex remodeling projects involving multiple trades. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
