Responsibilities

• Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work to prepare spaces for renovation.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as cutting, sanding, and assembling materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
• Perform carpentry tasks including door hanging, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and framing.
• Conduct quality inspections on-site to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Support installation of flooring, tile laying, masonry work, stucco application, and roofing components.
• Collaborate with team members on heavy equipment operation, concrete finishing, plastering, welding, and other specialized tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or remodeling projects is highly preferred; familiarity with construction site safety protocols is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of various trades including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, and restoration techniques.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
