Remodeling Crew Member

Job Overview
We are looking for reliable, dedicated worker to support a small team executing interior remodeling projects in multi-family housing units. The ideal candidate will have some experience in all of the following work areas and be willing to take direction and develop additional skills. Consistency, reliability, and work ethic are essential qualities needed to be successful in this role.

Skills:

• plumbing (installing faucets, shower valves and trim kits, p-traps, W/D hookups, garbage disposals, etc.)
• electrical (installing light fixtures, switches, smoke detectors, etc.)
• finish carpentry (measuring, cutting, and installing base and door casings, etc)Door installation
• framing
• cabinet hanging
• appliance installation
• finish drywall

Additional Requirements:

• Must own and be proficient using various hand tools (drill, impact driver, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Must be able to create material lists for task completion
• Must be able to work collaboratively with others
• Must submit to a background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Must have a smart phone for time tracking

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
