Remodeling Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven Remodeling Sales Manager to join our team at Southern Maine Remodeling, a premier remodeling company in Southern Maine. Responsibilities

  • To follow leads on potential remodeling jobs
  • To make initial contact with customer and create a proposal
  • Follow up within 7 days of each proposal sent out
  • Write contracts for sold jobs
  • Work with customer to prepare all documents and products for project start
  • Coordinate design assistance and to work with customer to secure products
  • Create all jobsite folders for projects
  • Work alongside procurement manager and project manager to ensure smooth transition from sale to construction
  • Collect information for jobsite folder, setting expectations with customer
  • Have pre-construction meeting with Project manager and/or lead carpenter for larger jobs
  • Follow up with customers when job concludes
  • Work with Operations manager for change order requests and pricing if needed
  • Look at ways to increase profit margins through accurate estimating and better buying power

Requirements

  • 5 year minimum experience in construction and/or remodeling
  • Travels within the region
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
  • Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Confident, creative, self motivated, and goal oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Willingness to be mentored, and eager to learn
  • Ability to operate account management software, tools, and apps
  • Communicate and relay information and ideas in a clear, concise and timely manner to both the internal management team and to the client

Pay

Base Salary + Monthly Commission
