Summary

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and communication tools
- Assist with account updates, scheduling, and routine coordination activities
- Maintain accurate customer and account records within internal systems
- Monitor pending requests and provide timely follow-up support
- Work closely with internal teams to support efficient account activities
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, account coordination, or administrative experience is beneficial
- Familiar with computers, CRM platforms, and collaboration software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent required
